The plan
- Roll into Udaipur by early morning. The fresh air, calm lake, and soft sunrays set the tone.
- Check in at Zostel Udaipur (12 PM), perched just above Lake Pichola with sweeping views.
- After settling in, enjoy a leisurely lunch, taking time to relax, refuel, and soak in the relaxed pace of the city.
- Post lunch, head out to visit the Karni Mata Temple, reached via a short ropeway ride. As you ascend, watch Udaipur slowly reveal itself below — glistening lakes, palace rooftops, and the Aravalli hills stretching into the distance.
- At the top, spend time taking in the panoramic views and the quiet spiritual atmosphere.
- As the day gently winds down, experience boating on Lake Pichola. Drift past iconic City palace and historic ghats as the evening light dances on the water, creating one of Udaipur’s most magical moments.
- Return to Zostel. The evening is for slow conversations, board games, or a chill rooftop dinner.
