This one is special because we’re taking you on a 5N/6D musical journey to Arunachal Pradesh. Get ready to live in the gorgeous village of Ziro, immerse yourself in the Apatani way of life, groove to your favourite music, and explore one of the country’s most untouched regions.

The plan

  • Your journey begins in Guwahati, where you’ll meet your trip leader and fellow travellers before we hit the road together towards Ziro Valley.
  • We recommend reaching Guwahati by 12 PM. A common property will be arranged for everyone to relax, freshen up, store luggage, and chill before the evening pickup and departure.
  • Once the group assembles, we begin our road journey to Ziro via travellers. The journey starts in the evening/night, turning into an overnight ride as we head into Arunachal Pradesh.
  • We’ll make necessary stops along the way for meals, refreshments, and short breaks.
  • By the next morning, we arrive in Ziro and check in to our homestays, marking the beginning of your Ziro Festival experience.
  • Exact reporting point, departure timings, and travel details will be shared closer to the trip dates.

Ziro at a glance:

Nestled in the heart of Arunachal Pradesh, Ziro Valley is known for its rolling green landscapes, terraced rice fields, pine forests, misty mountain views, and the rich culture of the Apatani tribe.

Over the next few days, expect good music, slow mornings, local food, community living, hidden corners of the valley, random jam sessions, and the kind of memories that usually stay with you long after the festival ends.

I recently had the pleasure of going on a trip with ZO Trips and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I booked the trip, everything was taken care of seamlessly. Special shoutout to our guide, Steve, who was absolutely fantastic! The journey can’t be the way it was without Steve .His knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made our journey so much more enjoyable that can’t be expressed in words. Never had a guide like him who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. And to our driver, Apubhai, a huge thank you! Not only did he get us safely to our destinations, but he also made the journey a blast with his killer humour and fun vibes! 🤣 Little jokes, big laughs, and safe rides – what more could you ask for?The trip was perfectly planned, and the accommodations were great. The scenic spots we visited were breathtaking. Thank you, ZO Trips, for an amazing experience! Can't wait to travel with you again. Steve and Appu , you've made a loyal customer for life! 🌟"

Had an amazing trip! Our trip captain, Devesh, was fantastic and kept everything so organized. The itinerary was perfectly designed and we even had time to add extra stops! Just a small note for improvement: the food at Sissu could use a little upgrade.

This was an unforgettable trip which was very well organised. Amazing memories with amazing people. Yuvraj as a co-ordinator was the best person I have met this year. There was never a moment during the trip where I had to think about what to do. He was ready with everything. A great person with amazing conversation skills. Sweet and amazing human being. In future if there is a trip which has him as our co-ordinator I am ready to join without any thought for the location. He ensured that everyone had a great time and made everyone feel very comfortable.
